Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases of Memora and works alongside our Terms of Service. It is the same policy Panther Soft applies to its other digitally delivered software products.
1. Purchases
Memora Personal is currently sold as a one-time purchase — a single payment for a perpetual license, not a recurring subscription. The purchase type and price are shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.
2. Refund Requests
To request a refund:
- Contact us at info@panthersoft.net or via our Support page;
- Include your order/receipt reference from Paddle, the email address used at checkout, and the reason for your request; and
- We will review your request and respond with our decision.
Because Memora is digital and delivered instantly, refund considerations can differ from those for physical goods — for example, we may ask whether the software was downloaded or activated as part of reviewing your request.
3. Refund Window
Panther Soft accepts refund requests made within 8 days of the original purchase date, provided Memora Personal has not been extensively used in a way that indicates the purchase was not made in good faith.
Approved refunds are issued at 75% of the total amount paid. The remaining 25% is retained to cover Paddle's payment-processing charges and Panther Soft's service charges associated with the purchase, both of which are incurred once a transaction has been processed and are not recoverable by Panther Soft. Requests made more than 8 days after purchase are not eligible for a refund under this Policy, except as otherwise required by law or described in Abuse & Fraud below.
4. Duplicate / Accidental Purchases
If you were accidentally charged more than once for Memora Personal (for example, due to a double-submitted payment), contact us with both order references and we will verify and refund the duplicate charge in full — the 25% deduction above applies to standard refund requests, not to correcting our own or Paddle's billing error.
5. Non-Delivery & Activation Problems
If you're unable to download Memora or activate your license after purchase, please contact us first at info@panthersoft.net so we can help resolve the issue — for example, by re-sending your license key or troubleshooting an activation problem. We want the opportunity to fix a genuine technical problem before a refund is considered as a last resort.
6. Abuse & Fraud
We reserve the right to decline a refund, and to suspend or revoke a license, where we reasonably believe a purchase involved payment fraud, or where a customer engages in repeated or abusive refund requests inconsistent with genuine dissatisfaction with the product.
7. Paddle's Role
Where a purchase is processed through Paddle, Paddle acts as our payment and billing provider and, in Paddle's standard model, as the merchant of record for the transaction — meaning the charge on your statement, and the checkout receipt, will typically come from Paddle rather than directly from Panther Soft. Refunds approved under this Policy are issued back through Paddle to your original payment method. This Policy is our own product-specific policy and does not replace Paddle's own buyer terms — where the two address the same situation, we will work with you and, where necessary, with Paddle to reach a fair outcome.
